It checked all the points: location - close to city center, safe and well connected with public transport including train stations; supermarket and restaurants nearby; very clean, comfortable bed, smart use of small space, good quality toiletries, no noise elevator; also not on busy street (no traffic noise) and great breakfast. Very nice reception ladies, great English. Also great garden!

This lovely B&B is really recommendable. Situated in beautiful surroundings it may be a little bit away from the centre but public transport options are close and excellent. The contact prior to our stay was absolutely perfect and we were very well received by our friendly hosts. Our room was spacious, very quiet, perfectly clean and offered a comfortable bed. The bathroom is a pure pleasure offering space and comfort. We loved the heigh ceilings in our rooms. A good quality breakfast in the beautiful kitchen with amazing garden view was the perfect end to a very pleasant stay.

I moved to Brussels and I needed a place to stay for one night since my rental agreement started at the 1st of the month. I didn't expect much since Motel One was one among the cheapest places to stay in the city, but this place is amazing! The hotel staff is very friendly, the motel is really nicely decorated, my room was clean and super comfortable. When you come to your room the TV starts showing fireplace animation with quiet sound, I love their attention to details. In the evening i needed to read some work papers so I went to the lobby where you have plenty of comfortable couches and chairs available - their lobby is really useful and nicely decorated with all the lights. Lots of people were socializing and drinking there but it was still quiet, the vibe was great. Their self-service breakfast is amazing, they have so many different things available. When I needed to check out, the queue at the reception was a bit long, but they noticed me after a minute and took care of it so I didn't need to wait.

Excellent location, very pretty interiors, everything is spotless clean and new, lovely staff. There's one thing I'm not sure if I liked or not: the bath is in the room itself, by the window (no you can't see anything, and there's a store). But the water splashes on the windowsill, kind of disconcerting. It looks beautiful on photos though.
