Everything went perfectly since my arrival to my departure. All members of staff genuinely care for their guests and they go the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay. One member of staff even gave me a small gift which meant a lot for me and I will treasure forever. The hotel itself is in a a beautiful spot with great views on the Crooked Bridge and the river. The room was clean and had a view on the river. It was definitely one of the best places I have ever been! Thanks again to everyone who made my stay very special!

The location is great. It is 5 minute away from the centre and all the shops and restaurants. The bridge is less the 10 minutes away. Overall - great place. I highly recommend it!

We've never stayed in a hotel this clean and spotless. The host was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. The facilities are excellent and feel brand new. For those arriving by car, there are convenient parking spots available. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the old town and Stari Most. Absolutely wonderful place! The rooms are very charming! The whole design of the house(s) is amazing! The location is perfect! The old town is on walking distance. Our host Denis recommended us a wonderful place for dinner. A local bakery nearby, from where we took our breakfast. Also a pastry shop nearby. The parking was included as well. Coffee machine + coffee also was provided. That solved us our problem with searching a cup of coffee. Absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it. Note: Once again, I want to apologize to our host. We had problems with the esim cards, we couldn't establish internet connection during our stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We could not communicate because of that. But our host did his best to keep us informored.

It was all good. The staff were lovely and helpful. We felt like Ottoman princesses in our beautiful room with the sumptuous furniture and gauzy curtained beds which were very comfortable. Slept very well and enjoyed a substantial breakfast and the guided tour of the house before departure. Central to everything and being a historic house so added to our enjoyment.
