It was easy meeting up with the landlords' reps we had arranged on WhatsApp. But sorting out the rooms for 25 people took a long while. Next time, we should book directly with the landlord instead, That way, we would know exactly who to put in each room and apartment. and cut down on the checkiing-in time+hassle

Everything was great. Personal was very helpful, kind and professional. The hotel is fresh, safe and located not so far from City Mall (15-20 mins walk) and City center. Breakfast was good with great view on the city. I definetelly can recomend this hotel for staying for short and long period.

This is simply the place to go! After our original booking was canceled without any warning, Tatjana at Michelle’s Hotel stepped in and completely turned our trip around. She offered us comfort, security, and truly personalized attention to all our needs.
