I researched many hotels in El Calafate' and read the good reviews about this property. Everything was better than the reviews said they were. I love when hotels are very aware of reviews and work to solicit reviews from their guests. Those are properties that know they do a great job for their patrons. - Multi-lingual staff here, which is a very big deal in Argentina. - Breakfasts were excellent - Hotel was clean, quiet and the rooms were nice - Great location If I come back to El Calafate, we will stay here again for sure.

The location is excellent—you can easily walk to the main street of the town. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the dinner at the restaurant was outstanding. Even before our check-in, they were available via WhatsApp to answer any questions we had. The rooms were comfortable and offered a lovely view of the lake and the surrounding area of El Calafate. The price was competitive compared to other hotels that may charge more while offering less. As a bonus, your stay includes access to the pool and sauna, which adds an extra touch of relaxation!

Hotel location is up on the hill about 7 minutes walk downhill into town. Easy walk and nice to be up high with a view over the town. Nice professional hotel with staff that speak English very well. Beds were good. Pillows very soft would be my only negative. Restaurant has great food at good prices. A nice variety of choices, instead of the usual hamburgers, sandwiches and pizza's everywhere else.
