The owner works hard to make sure customers are happy and have what they need. I liked the availability of power sockets in many useful places and there is a lot of storage as well, plenty of towels provided for stay. The location is quite good, its a short 5 minute walk to the city or the main park.

Cleanliness was perfect… Breakfast was so tasty with very nice variety of food ... SPA was amazing and very relaxing … we highly recommend this Hotel.

Set within 3.5 km of SPENS Sports Centre and 3.5 km of Promenada Shopping Mall, Hotel Element features rooms in Novi Sad. New and modern hotel with perfect service, spacious rooms, a wide choice of food at breakfast, 5 minutes from the highway and convenient for the rest of the passing guests, and friendly staff, the staff waited for us even though we were late until 0:30 am. It was cleaner than all the hotels in England and Scotland, cleaner than all the Hiltons where I have stayed in England. The price matches the quality.
