Amazing stay in absolutely fantastic hotel. Very spacious room-appartment, brand new, spotless, super comfortable with great bed and an amazing shower. Moreover, the staff could not be more friendly and welcoming! They did absolutely everything to make us feel comfortable. There is a free parking in front of the hotel. Welcome drink was insanely delicious - home made honey & quince liquor, truly award worthy. All in all - a fantastic experience, a gem in the city. We will be back for sure!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean apartment, natural shade. All conditions for enjoyment are met. Just a 5–7 minute drive to Vrnjačka Banja.

Hotel in a quiet village, near the highway. Polite and sociable host. The room was clean and ready to stay. Freshly cooked dinner consisting of local dishes is fantastic ... Moussaka was simply amazing and the rest is also delicious. Thank you very much. Good yard area, there is a trampoline for a child. Parking nearby and under a canopy. Fresh cool air at night... crows in the morning... very nice place. cute cats will help you share sweets for dinner)

The appartement was spacious, very clean, modern and fully equipped with everything necessary. Also the breakfast/central room was perfect. The breakfast was lovely and the diner, that was arranged wasverzachter good. The owners and the staff were supurb and very attentive.

The amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped gym, a serene spa, and a beautiful pool area that provided a perfect spot for relaxation. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. The hotel's location is ideal, offering stunning views and convenient access to local attractions. I particularly appreciated the peaceful ambiance and the attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel. Overall, Bor Hotel by Karisma exceeded my expectations in every way. 🤗one of the greatest hotels for me locally. Super modern and super clean rooms. Free parking right in front of the door. very centrally located. Nice little free spa that can be used before registering. Great restaurant and kitchen with an outside terrace. Great staff service. A great hotel manager who ensures 100% customer satisfaction! I was even given a higher category free of charge so that I could sleep on the quieter back side of the hotel in the apartment and not in the standard rooms, which are all on the street side. We truly enjoyed our stay here :) I would especially like to highlight the staff - they were very kind and understanding. We stayed in touch 24/7 during our trip, and they even checked us in very late at night, which allowed us to rest well after a long journey. The soundproofing was excellent, the room had all the necessary amenities, and the hotel itself is new and fresh. The location was perfect for us as we were just passing through, and it was very easy to find. I really recommend staying here.

The personnel was very nice. The spa center was also good. Spacious rooms. The toiletries from ‘The white company’ was a nice touch.

Everything is good, the location and the staff made me feel like I was among my family and gave me a real gift. The staff is really classy.
