The hotel is very close from a calm and incredible beach, and a few minutes driving from.the incredible and busy beach of Mont Choisy, or Grand Baie downtown. We will definitely come back!

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we are beyond grateful for this unforgettable experience. A huge thank you to the entire team at La Mariposa for making our vacation so special! On one of the most beautiful beaches this little hotel is providing everything you need to have a great vacation.Rooms are big and comfortable. Clean and well organized place. Coffee here is so good and the breakfast is outstanding. Kanu and glass bottom boot trip to the reef 🪸 is offered for free. Here you can snorkel and see the underwater world. They are really Kids friendly and offer proper meals on the menu for kids. We extended our stay...that's how great it is here.

I seriously don’t know how everyone in the hotel is always nice, polite, friendly, and warm! We’ve traveled to a lot of different places across Europe, Africa and the US, but this one is the best place we’ve been regarding the staff, what the hotel offers, the cleanliness and the overall atmosphere and concept of working. The guests are on the first place and all of them, starting from the restaurant to the hotel, put a lot of effort to make your stay memorable and cozy. We loved to hear about their different cultures depends on where each of them come from and they always wanted to share a nice story 😊 The breakfasts were always the same but enough to choose from. The restaurant is clean and even though there aren’t many options for lunch/dinner everything we tried was delicious especially the starters! The bar on the rooftop was amazing and we were lucky to get the only room on the rooftop which was nice because we had chance to witness some cool organized events like traditional Mauritian dancers. Suzi is definitely a star of the place and we loved her purring and cuddles 🤩 Overall, we enjoyed it a lot and we will be back for sure one day!

We had a wonderful stay! The beach and hotel grounds were beautiful, and the service was excellent. The Plantation Restaurant was amazing and absolutely delicious. We loved the free water sports and the kids club had lots of daily activities. Everything was perfect—we’ll definitely be back!

En la playa si haces snorkel puedes ver tortugas. A un 1km del hotel hay un pequeño restaurante con precios más económicos que en el resort.
