It was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Special mention goes to the managers, who were exceptionally welcoming and cheerful, making the stay feel even more like home. Just a short stay, but a wonderful one. The staff were friendly and made me feel safe as a solo female traveller. Walking around the neighbourhood and to Hamra Street was easy and felt safe too.
The hotel airport shuttle was great too esp for an early morning flight!

Amazing hotel, we definitely recommend it! The breakfast and restaurant are amazing- the food is delicious and it is so beautiful to sit in the terrace. The staff are very friendly and nice. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. This was our favorite hotel in Lebanon.
We asked the hotel for a driver. Mr. Jalal was exceptional, we definitely recommend his services. Great driver and a very friendly man. We felt safe at all times and the car was very comfortable with AC.
