I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Unfortunately before arrival I was very sick with an infection and needed a place to recoup. The hotel went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Through organizing a doctor, sending someone to translate, getting me medication at the pharmacy and sending food outside of breakfast hours, the entire staff were exceptional. I would 100% recommend staying here for the hospitality and kindness alone.

We loved everything about it: comfortable beds, attentive stuff, stunning views, good breakfast. There is a nice hike one can do from the cabins and continue walking further & further up.

The location is perfect; staff is very welcoming and attentive. The room and hotel overall were clean. Breakfast selection is not that wide, but still sufficient.

We stayed here twice during our trip for a total of 10 days. This was one of the most comfortable hotels in Central Asia. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with all our requests and questions. They are always warm and friendly at all hours. The beds are an absolute dream. The hot water is great with good pressure and lasts a long time. Cleaning is super. Free fresh drinking water. Location is good. 15-20 minutes walk to Ala Too, 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store, there's a nice restaurant across the street and others within 5 minutes. Internet wifi is fast and strong. I never had a problem taking video calls for work. If I'm back in Bishkek I won't bother looking anywhere else.
