Exciting experience and stay at this fancy hotel. Santiago warmly welcomed me at arrival and showed me everything I need to know and use on my room. Sharon from the receptionist area made me feel safe while teaching me how to get to the nearest metro station and informing me how to stay alert on the street. Breakfast was amazing spread and allow you to take it slow over more than 2 hours. Hotel bar serves decent food and cocktail. It could get pretty cold overnight even with heater on, so get ready with warm pyjamas.

Friends Hotel & Rooftop - Historic Center & Museums, que cuenta con terraza, se encuentra en el centro de Quito, a pocos pasos de Teatro Bolívar. Se ofrece parking privado por un suplemento. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Our entire group was very pleased with our stay, and would certainly book again if we return to Quito. The staff were exceptionally helpful, from arranging car transportation to recommending nearby restaurants. The breakfast was some of the best we have ever had and all our rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is in short walking distance to everything we visited in the historic center. We also loved that the hotel had a nice Ecuadorian feel to it...far above a standard place!

The location was the best, in a well protected area that had plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The drive from the airport was also quite easy. The room was clean and the staff was accomodating.
