We were glad that the receptionist waited for us for some minutes past 8pm as they finish working at 8pm. We travelled with bicycles and we could safely park then in a closed area within the hotel. All was perfect!

B-Chill Cologne es un alojamiento de 4 estrellas situado en Colonia, a 5 min a pie de Museo Wallraf-Richartz y a 1,3 km de Teatro Musical Dome de Colonia. The hotel is modern and comfortable, with clean and well-equipped rooms. The staff were especially kind and responsive - always ready to help with anything we needed. The only small thing we missed was a shoehorn in the room, although it's possible we just didn't see it. Overall, a great experience - we'd be happy to come back!

The staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was perfectly laid out and clean and perfectly appointed. Loved the windows to the street. It was warm and cozy when we wanted and nice and cool when we needed it to be. One of the best rooms I’ve ever slept in. The bed was amazing! Live the location as it wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of downtown. The train station is right outside the front door so not is easy to get anywhere you want. No parking lot but there is street side parking all over the place. If we return to Hamburg, we will be staying at Clouneys!
