Although I met only one member of the management team, it's clear that the entire leadership works hard behind the scenes to deliver exceptional results. This was the best and the most luxurious stay we’ve ever experienced! Everything from the start to finish was amazing! We were greeted by a lovely receptionist (if I’m not mistaken her name was Elizabeth). We got a room upgrade as we were celebrating my friend’s graduation. We couldn’t believe the lovely room we got! With a pool on the balcony! It was so special! Breakfast next day was just AMAZING. And the pool area and great music made us really unwind and get into holiday mode. I would stay there over and over again and I’m telling all my friends about this hotel. You’ve set the bar high and now every other place I stay at is just not good enough haha. Thank you also for the celebration cake for my friend that you kindly gifted to us, it was delicious!
