The best hotel I've had in all Cyprus witin the same line of budget. Excellent location, antique house with objects kept, refurbished witj a lot of taste. very confortable bed, clean and all you need in the room including slipers. Staff were great! 10 stars! I recommend also the restaurant, really authentic and reasonable budget.

My dad and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Nicosia Eagle Eye Hotel, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hospitality provided by the owner and the entire staff was beyond outstanding. When we spontaneously decided to extend our stay for another night, they went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring everything was seamless and stress-free. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and it’s clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture and design. It is a blend of modern aesthetics and traditional charm. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and is quite spacious.

A really lovely hotel just outside the historic centre of Nicosia. The room was beautifully clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The young man at the reception recommended a great restaurant nearby and made a fantastic cappuccino for breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, varied and really filling. Very nice place in Nicosia. The apartment was very clean, bright and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and friendly, thanks to the owner for his care.
