The staff were incredible. On our last day, we left before breakfast opened due to our flight time, and they made us breakfast to take with us. The bed was the most comfortable bed we had in vietnam

EVERYTHING!!! Mama Tom Tom doesn't just offer her house and food, she offers a glimpse into the tradition and culture of the villages in the Sapa Valley. Mama Tom Tom is an incredibly kind and hardworking lady who speaks great English!! She took us on a 2-day trek with 1 night stay in her home. The treks had the most beautiful views, to which Tom Tom added her insights and answered all our curious questions! Her home is humble (built by her husband!!!), clean and traditional with all the basics that you require. NOT TO FORGET the most gorgeous view just outside!! She offers breakfast and dinner in the package, and lunch on the treks! I cannot emphasize the value for money enough!! If you are looking to support a local Hmong woman and learn about their culture, look no further!! O' Chau Mama Tom Tom ❤️

Best homestay experience! The Su family are perfect hosts! Super generous and inclusive! The location is stunning and faraway from the overcrowded streets of Sapa (100K with motorbike taxi). Huge free breakfast and dinner with the family was a feast(70k pp) Comfortable bed and warm blankets. The single rooms have thin walls but not a major issue. Shared bathroom (hot water) and toilet area. We celebrated the last day of Tet with the Su family and entire village (shaman, dancing and happy water for days). Would have happily stayed here longer to explore the mountains and hangout with these amazing people. Thank you Su!! Chuc mung nam moi!!

We had a great stay here, we were able to check in at 1am. The room was perfect and big. Jenny and all the staff at front desk were amazing. They helped us organise a trekking tour, book our bus to the next place, get a taxi to the bus stop and offered us recommendations on where to go. The breakfast was delicious. The laundry service was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful hotel and room. Incredible views very good and varied breakfast. But the best has been the staff. They helped us and gave us the best advice to see and visit Sapa. We truly recommend this place to stay.

Great overall, from helpful staff (arranged cheap laundry, helpful with luggage etc) to great spa to nice breakfast and room service (moderately priced too). Weather was not great during our stay, but the hotel made up for it.
