The room was clean, comfortable, good value, comfortable bed and very quiet. The staff were very friendly and prepared a delicious breakfast for us. They had a free shuttle from the airport and were very helpful. This was the perfect place to rest after a long journey before we moved on.

We stayed at this hotel for a few hours while waiting for a flight. Nevertheless, I must admit that it is a very good hotel, in a great location from the airport. The staff was very helpful will help organize transport to the airport. Rooms very clean and spacious, high standard. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Amazing owner rescued us late at night after another hotel left us stranded without contact at airport. Outstanding service. Went out of his way at 1am in the morning to organize a taxi pick up to his hotel. The hotel room was really large with comfortable beds with a good bathroom and spotlessly clean. Amazing value for money. Very close to airport. Even got a free breakfast. Definitely recommend for overnight stay when needing airport hotel.

Great stop over a a couple of nights. Mr Tobi who runs/owns the hotel was so helpful and got me out of a muddle getting a taxi from airport.Helped me looking into my visa for India which fell through.Took me to ATM on his bike. It’s on a road with most things needed to a short stay.Mini mart/dinner/sim shop/ & more. Breakfast brought to room was eggs toast and fruit.(very nice).Elevator and very friendly staff. There is cheaper but you really do get what you pay for and more at this hotel. Thanks Tobi.👍Your amazing English was another god sent. Plenty of temples to visit near !

    Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

    We had a great stay at HAAP Transit Hotel! The room was very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the staff were absolutely lovely—so friendly and helpful. The airport transfer service was smooth and reliable, both on arrival and departure. Everything was perfect for a short stay near the airport. Highly recommended!

    The hotel was perfect if youre transiting through hanoi.very close to airport staff were happy to pick me up and drop me back at airport The rooms are very clean, very friendly staff.very comfortable beds in nice quiet area..great value for money highly recommend it.There is also nice coffee shop called 999 few doors down that does great food.

    I stayed here during an 11 hour stopover between London and Sydney. The hotel is very close to the airport and after a short rest i spent the whole afternoon enjoying the pool on the 7th floor with views of the airport and sunset, before eating great food at the restaurant and being taken back to the airport clean and fresh.
