I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff truly go the extra mile to ensure a fantastic experience. Bean and Tracy at reception were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Thuy gave me an excellent massage—so good that I booked a second one! The steam rooms were also a wonderful touch for relaxation. The rooftop bar and pool are simply gorgeous, offering breathtaking views and amazing cocktails. The food was outstanding—the chicken wings were to die for, and the pho was the best I had in Vietnam! The rooms may be cosy, but they are very well-equipped with updated TVs and modern amenities. Everything was designed for comfort and convenience. If you’re considering this hotel, don’t hesitate—book it now! You won’t regret it.

The service is excellent, very attentive and kind people make you feel at home. All of them, the girls and boys in reception, in restaurant, every where. They speak good English. I am sorry I didn’t get the names, but I love them. Location is very good, in Old Quarter but not exactly in the middle, so it is not noisy. They also give you advice or book for several tours. I had a cooking class and was excellent as well. Breakfast was excellent also. Even it is a very small place, you can ask something from the menu and is also included for free. I stayed 3 days and ate the most delicious Pho!! I need to congratulate the Chef. Oh, at the side of the hotel is a Circle K store. So you can buy your own drinks and snacks. Laundry is cheap, efficient and good. Price? I could say it is a bargain, because the ratio of price/benefit, but don’t tell the owners. 😅. I will definitely come back.

Staff Location Breakfast Weather We stayed for 3 nights in Serene Central Hotel during the first week of December. The location is good. When you get out of the hotel you are straight away in a bustling and lively area where all kinds of shops and eating places are available. It is less than 10 minutes walk from the lake. The staff are amazing, very friendly and approachable, always with nice smiles and offer support and advices on what to do and see. They welcome you every time you get in and out of the hotel and always ask if the can help with anything. Many thanks to Suzi from the reception for always helping us with our requests and for allowing us to do late check out on the day we left to the airport. You have been amazing. The weather in Hanoi was great during our stay which helped us to enjoy our time there to the most. There are 2 Halal food restaurants nearby which was a big plus for us.

    We used the hotel as our base in Hanoi to travel around north Vietnam. The hotel is in a great location in the old quarter with very clean rooms and a great breakfast but what made our stay so special was Ms Kim. Ms Kim is so friendly and she helped organise our trips for us to Nimh Binh and Halong Bay and bother we’re just perfect. We would highly recommend using this hotel for your visit to Hanoi and having Ms Kim help you plan your trip. She is the best!

    Beautiful and clean hotel. Our room was a big size and clean with a comfortable king-size bed. The shower room was nice, modern, and big size. Perfect location in the heart of Hanoi Old quarter, you can reach everything with a maximum of 10 minutes of walk. The best part is professional and helpful staff, especially Cara. She organised all trips and transfers for us in a professional way. Thank you. I'm definitely coming back soon.

    I love everything about this hotel. The manager Chloe and all staff was very helpfull even since before I arrived. The room is cleaning. I booked the room with balcony but the sound of crowd outside never bothering us while stay hêre. The location in middle Old Quarter so it's near to go everywhere. If i come to Hanoi again, I will stay here again for sure.

    This 5 star hotel/apartments exceeded my expectations. The property has everything you need after spending a day out in hectic Hanoi. The rooms are a good size and very luxurious and the facilities like the roof top Gym and infinity pool were amazing. The location was excellent and only a 10 minute taxi ride from the old quarter.
