Location a very short walk from the center of activity. Amazing staff, who couldn’t do enough. Extremely helpful and friendly. Great breakfast to set you up for the day. WIFI was good at all times. Hotel stored our bags after check-out, at no extra cost. Very helpful with activity and restaurant suggestions. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

I have been already at the hotel for the 3rd time and definitely would come again. Hotel has nice and clean rooms, very good breakfast and great location. However what makes it truly unique is their stuff. The employees (huge thanks especially to Grace, Anne, Quinn, Ruby) who had our back in every possible situation. They were always there to help, support and made our stays, always with kind of complicated schedule, so much easier. Thanks a lot!!

I book by looking at google and booking.com reviews. Also I took airport pick up service from them It took about 2 hours to complete the long immigration and the driver waited without any disturbance. When I checked in there was someone at the reception, named Nguyen Phuong Thao. I have traveled to about 8 countries, but I have never met anyone as polite, friendly and helpful as her. She briefed me on each topic for about 10 minutes. My check out was at 6 am. She also packed breakfast for me. I will never forget the wonderful hospitality. I am impressed with the love, behavior of Vietnamese people, I will come again. ❤️

    We loved doing a street food tour of Hanoi and just wandering around. There is so much to do. The food in Hanoi is so delicious. We also used it as a base to do a day trip to Ninh Binh and also go to Halong Bay overnight.

    the hotel location is excellent, central in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter with plenty of nice popular food places nearby in less than 15 minutes of walking. Even though the street is crowded, the room is quiet enough for us to have good sleep. The staffs are super cheerful and helpful. And for the peak period of Vietnam's National Day in September, the price is incredible, while other hotels must charge at least two times of the prices

    We had a brilliant stay at Salute. The staff were always friendly, smiley and helped us with everything we needed. It was our first time in Vietnam and they were so informative about all of the places to go, food to try, and even organised fabulous day trips for us. Also the breakfast every morning was 5 star and hotel is in a very convenient location close to the old quarter. We cannot thank the team enough for a great stay!

    Fantastic, ultra modern hotel, representing amazing value for money. The décor is lovely and it is one of the best hotels I stayed at in Vietnam. Feels like a 5 star hotel- you get slippers and a bath robe, which is a nice touch. The breakfast was good and there is a nice bar on the top floor. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Location wise, it's right near the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem lake.
