We just stopped en route to Indiana and had a lovely, comfortable, stay. There was a good choice of breakfast. We enjoyed walking to the lake edge and drinking in one of the local bars.

    Huron is a very nice, clean community with a multitude of options to spend time along their sandy beaches. Would go back without hesitation, which I probably will as my wife says its her new best place to visit. Lodging is very accommodating and affordable.

    The price and living area of room was ok.

    The price and living area of room was ok. The tub was dirty and I had no soap. Had to ask for some at desk. Not enough towels in room either. BUt the value was ok. Needs some improvements to give a higher rate.

    Hotel was on the water with easy access for walleye fishing.

    Hotel was on the water with easy access for walleye fishing. Was clean and comfortable and looks like hotel was in the process of getting some updates. Had 2 nice visiting areas if you were travelling with a group. We only spent the night and devoted the time to fishing so it worked well for our needs.

    Wonderful area.

    Wonderful area. Restaurants, shops, the light house Pier, lots of areas to walk. Quiet evenings to sit in a swing on the river or a bench at the Pier. Free live bands all summer! Always something to do or not do if you would prefer a laid back experience.

    Great location.

    Great location. We visited just off the busy season but enjoyed the amenities this property offered. Would be cool to be able to more easily access the outside deck to the channel for breakfast. I went for a walk just a short distance to the pier ro watch boats entering Lake Erie

    The waterfront and beach is within walking distance, and is clean.. The benches are a beautiful place to observe the sunrise and sunset. The nautical feel of the waterfront is refreshing. The bowling alley has pinball machines, which we enjoy.

    We love the location that's on the river edge. It's why we chose to stay there. It's a basic hotel, with basic room and breakfast. Clean, comfortable, warm - good value for money. We loved the (cold) walks around the hotel at night and early morning. Beautiful location. We couldn't stop taking photos. There was a big parking space in front that was really convenient.

    Hotel is right on the lake. Nice walk down the pier. Indoor pool was nice too. The restaurant right next door was good and open til 9. There's a beach in walking distance and other eateries in walking distance, although it is quiet when it's not in season.

    Good location by the river though you needed to have a room on the right side of the hotel. The sink plug was stuck when I tried to use it and reception were very responsive and gave us an upgraded room. Parking is very easy.
