Great shopping - clothing, antiques, art, books, decor - it is all here in lovely boutiques (no chains or big box stores). Healdsburg is easy to access and explore from as a base. It is great for walks, hikes, bike rides, shopping, dining - casual and deluxe. Nice small town walkable with art galleries clothing shops, wine tasting rooms. Try VML we enjoyed our tasting experience there. Just up the road there are wineries with fantastic views. Check out Armida. Great restaurants Lo and Behold homemade kimchi noodles and grilled chicken was so flavorful. Service was attentive. Bravas Tapas was perfect for our group of 8. Easy to get around on foot.
Easy to get around on foot. Food options were abundant and the two we chose were perfect choices, Willi’s and Dry Creek. Hiked Armstrong park with beautiful redwoods and paths. A few libations of wine and Korbel champagne. All helped make the getaway special.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

Our main reason for our stay in Healdsburg was our dinner reservations at Singlethread. If one can secure dinner reservations here, it's worth a stay in town for a few days. Granted, Bay Area locals who have reservations will make the drive up to Healdsburg.
