    Management very rude and ugly !

    Management very rude and ugly ! accused me of smoking in there room never did smoke in that room said they saw me a straight out lie I smoked outside the room already smelled of cigarettes smoke from people having fires which we did but they charged my account 200:00 dollars for smoking in that room I never did I smoked outside when I smoked must be scramblers charge people with a fee for no reason to make extra money idk never been treated so ugly the room already smelled like dog pee fire wood smoke food smells be we didn’t say anything because we had a time getting a room in the area very tired which we had now but saying they saw me smoking 2 times is a straight out lie the management is crazy ! Ruin my vacation never stay there they will make up things and charge extra money scammers for sure !

    We were in Grandy for a travel golf trip.

    We were in Grandy for a travel golf trip. We played 4 nearby courses and enjoyed a Pontoon boat excursion one day and a trip to the town of Lake Grandby. Plenty of fun restaurants nearby and great City market for groceries and incidentals. The weather was variable with great sunshine most of the time and a few late day showers and thunderstorms.

    Great location old property but clean and well appointed.

    Great location old property but clean and well appointed. It is a no smoking facility however that rule is disregarded by tenants and not enforced by the property. No air conditioning so needed to have window open and the person under us was often smoking on the balcony. Our unit often smelled like smoke as did the hallways.

    Granby is a great little town.

    Granby is a great little town. The room we had was not great. We booked two nights and departed after one night. Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. Not for 68 70 year old adults. Room was dirty. Shower has black mold in grout of bathroom.

    The town of Granby was cute.

    The town of Granby was cute. Not a lot of tourist things to do there. Had to drive at least 30 minutes away. The shows were cute but not my thing. Lots of artistic items and skiing/snowboarding items.

    The Town is active, very friendly business owners,

    The Town is active, very friendly business owners, Many Restaurants to choose from. Beautiful Mountains all around and plenty of lakes, rivers and streams to fish, hike, bike and horse ride. To avoid… Do not speed!! Drive slightly slower enjoy the small town feel.

    Great property. Perfect location and we were lucky enough to be there during the 4th of July. We had fireworks from our balcony every night. Location was convenient to the lakes to the north and Winter Park to the south and the perfect quiet get away we needed.

    The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. There is a nice walking path close to the hotel that goes down across a beautiful creek. Great dinner at Brick House 40. Very cute Ace Hardware in town.

    location to Granby Reservoir for fishing, local groceries, restaurants, and Rocky Mt. Park. Unit 1303 was stocked with everything needed to cook meals and enjoy mountains. We were on the 3rd floor so stairs but worth it for a 3 bedroom apartment.
