Great hotel with clean and spacious rooms, nice breakfast options in an excellent area (easy to get into the city & good food options within walking distance). Super friendly & helpful staff and special thanks to Tanaya for making our stay even better by hearing and helping us out. The hotel is gorgeous. I am very impressed with the service. Staff in the hotel at the highest level. Everyone is very helpful. (Especially the front desk service. We arrived in the middle of the night, the gentleman at the reception desk was extremely kind, very patient and helpful, when I paid several times by card but the payment was not accepted due to incorrectly set limits.) Room very clean, exactly like in the photos. Very tasty breakfasts. Perfect location - right next to the train station, so you could come, drop your shopping and go back to Manhattan. I am most impressed with the extremely friendly, professional and very kindly front desk staff. When I am back in NYC I will definitely stay at this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City. The location is surprisingly convenient: just a 300-meter walk to the nearest subway station, which connects you quickly to all parts of Manhattan in around 30 minutes. Whether you’re heading to Central Park, Times Square, or downtown, it’s a breeze. The hotel itself is spotless. Rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff truly cares about their work. The interiors are cozy and comfortable, and the hotel provides thoughtful extras like a guest terrace, a snack and ice machine area, and 24/7 assistance. The front desk team deserves special mention. They are simply phenomenal – friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. They allowed us to check out an hour later than usual and even stored our luggage for almost the entire day after checkout, which made a huge difference as our flight was late at night. Thanks to them, we were able to make the most of every minute in New York. In summary: everything the hotel can control is done to perfection. It’s clean, welcoming, well-managed, and comfortable, with a truly exceptional staff. The area might not be ideal, but the safety and quality inside more than compensate. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10.

    Flushing is great for green areas and tennis facilities at US Open level. It is inhabited mostly by Asians. They are polite and not aggressive, but they hardly speak English. European merchandise is scarce

    Flushing is a great part of New York.

    Flushing is a great part of New York. It was diverse, I was able to have access to basic food options as well as try cultural options of the area as well. Walking in the area was nice people were great and I really did not feel like an out of towner. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

    We were told they had a pool and breakfast and dinner. Breakfast and dinner were closed even though we were told the day before they were open and the pool wasn’t open until after 3pm. We had an afternoon flight so couldn’t us it. It is in Chinatown so there were restaurants and we were lucky that we had one breakfast restaurant near by but we booked it specifically for those reasons so very dissatisfied

    staff is good and the room is really comfortable. if breakfast has more options that will be more presentable for guest .Only one thing i notice i have asked for a hotel taxi and they mentioned one price but when i reached the destination and price is increased and the driver told me there is hidden tips for Taxi callers. I think this should be checked. This happen several times .
