    This area we go all the time, like a repetitive family destination. Only this was the hotel we picked this time was horrible. But being out of the room all day and only using it to sleep did not mess with our trip.

    Really enjoyed our visit to to the Birmingham Museum of Art.

    Really enjoyed our visit to to the Birmingham Museum of Art. Their extensive collection covers a wide variety of artwork and includes a Monet. It is very easy to access, with no admission charge and ample convenient parking.

    The evening clerk was friendly, but the hotel had chemical perfumes that made my family feel sick and cough a lot. Breakfast was not as good as other Best Western hotels. The location was good. The beds were comfortable.

    You have to visit the McWane Science Center!

    You have to visit the McWane Science Center! My 18 month old had a blast and my 30 yo partner was a kid himself the whole day there as well!The Botanical Gardens are a close second for sure with gorgeous views and serene energy. The Ramada has a restaurant inside and the motz sticks were amazing, they were so gooey and fresh would 10/10 recommend as well.

    The only problem we’ve experienced in both of our stays is DIFFICULTY in locating this hotel. In the dark, with cross roads not labelled, we struggled BOTH visits to find you! Drivers on 280 know where they’re going…we did not. Otherwise, we find our stay to be The Best. We cited Merry Christmas to the desk staff when we left…and the manager from the back office echoed a LOUD “Merry Christmas!”

    The smell was horrible upon arrival and the entire time their. spider webs everywhere, bugs crawling, dirty floors, a huge hole behind batroom mirror and feces of some animal, something moving in walls, toilets made noise every night. The power went out Wed night for about 6 or 7 hours on top of the place being non funtionable for hours, I had to throw my food out. I was suppose to have a business meeting at the house but couldn't because of the smell. In order for me to stay their I had to clean myself and purchase sleeping bags to sleep on top of beds because I wasn't sure how clean they were. It's a nice house, but needs lots of TLC and a cleaning crew that cares.

    Excellent breakfast! Best hotel breakfast we've had in 6 states! Molly was fantastic!!! You are lucky to have her representing your hotel! The breakfast cook was wonderful, generous and so kind to us. Your hotel is clean, even though you are undergoing renovations. The beds and linens were luxurious and made us feel so welcome and pampered. Everywhere in this hotel smelled fresh and clean . This property is well- maintained inside and out.

    Absolutely nothing! The hotel was so bad we got back in our car after opening the door to the room and paid to stay at another hotel. I am a former law enforcement officer. There were prostitutes in the parking lot. After being approached, I walked away. Most all of the businesses in the area were shuttered and there were not restaurants in the area.

    Didn’t eat Breakfast. Upon check out the hotel clerk stated that he had to check our room before giving us back our cash deposit. He stated that the door was broken. We never touched the door, they knew it was broken beforehand and wanted to try and keep our deposit. After he knew my husband knew what was happening, he refunded us.
