Excellent service at the Pool Club. The Pool Club Manager, Cennet, Andac, and Alp made a lasting impression with their great communication skills, friendliness, and dedication to service. The atmosphere was always wonderful every time we arrived at the restaurant, and all our wishes were fulfilled with a smile and true customer service spirit. Breakfast service was first-class thanks to the entire staff, but we got to know Cennet and Ahmet especially well due to their outstanding service. Our time at Susona was unforgettable, and we will definitely return – especially because of the amazing staff. Thank you much, 10/5.

I stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. I would especially like to mention Zarina, who was always ready to help and support me, as well as the wonderful massage therapists Nurgul and Desi — true professionals in their work. The atmosphere at the hotel is very warm and friendly, and the staff are always attentive, welcoming, and smiling. The animation programs were heartfelt and fun, creating a festive mood every day. The quality of service is excellent: everything is well-organized, clean, and comfortable for guests. A great location, cozy surroundings, and a fantastic team made my stay truly unforgettable!

    1. Nothing much to do for a family, except enjoying the beach if weather permits. 2. We could not enjoy the beach as the weather was very windy with the wind speed of up to 35km/h for two days in a row. 3. The infrastructure of the Torba and Bodrum is poor, compared to other parts visited.

    Torba is so close and well connected to the centre , with a friendly small and super clean shuttle bus will bring you to the centre. Thanks a lot to the Owners and staff , sspecial thanks to Emre and Mehmet that take care of all your needs . Waitiing for my next holiday in Torbahan Hotel !

    Torba is near to Bodrum Marina and the bazar which is open till 1-2 am and very nice place for shopping and have many bars and restaurants. Torba is also no too far from airport compare to other areas

    I stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The food was very tasty and of high quality. Service was excellent during Eid, but unfortunately declined afterwards, likely due to a lack of staff and interns. The pool area, including the children's pool, was very nice. A lovely touch: ice cream was always available by the pool. The shuttle bus drivers were consistently friendly and helpful. On a positive note, the cocktails at the 24-hour bar were good

    Great hotel, nice restaurants, responsive front desk staff (Oksana). We came with friends and family - everyone found the stay amazing. Bodrum is 10 mins by taxi. Bars are good too. This hotel is a treasure for photographs because of the views.
