We really enjoyed our stay. The manager and the staff are very lovely and helpful. Our room was spacious and well equipped. There is a Turkish style buffet for breakfast with everything you need. There is also a pool but we only used it once. At 17:00 o'clock there is tea time where all guests are invited into the garden. Tea and sweet and savory pastries are served. The city center and the sea can be reached by foot in a few minutes. Parking available right in front of the house.

The hotel's location is wonderful. Walking distance to the city center but it is not in the middle of noise and mess. The breakfast was really good. Many options of food. Pool and pool side were clean. Room was good. Bed was comfortable. Stuff was very friendly, especially Mustafa from front desk. We didn't stay long time but I totally advise this hotel. If you are in Kusadasi, choose it. You won't be upset.

The beach and surrounds were very dirty.

The beach and surrounds were very dirty. More cigarette butts lying around on the beach than pebbles. Surrounding area also dirty. Very disappointed in Kusadasi. Went to a recommended restaurant and got ripped off with inflated prices and terrible food.

I have visited Kusadasi on about ten occasions.

I have visited Kusadasi on about ten occasions. It is a pleasant town, within the limits of what human nature will allow, with good local restaurants, shops and services. It is easily accessible by Havas bus from Izmir airport (less easily accessible from Bodrum airport)

Kusadasi is now a typical "tourist city", with lots of hotels etc. Anyway, if one only looks for a nice beach, kind local people etc., then it's perfectly OK. For those who want more, especially on the historical side, Ephesus is very near and definitely worth a visit

Ladies beach is a quieter area of kusadasi centre, we loved it 🥰 with a leisurely 15min walk into centre, plenty of day trips to choose from & all reasonably priced, would recommend Ephesus & The Holy Virgin Mary House, it was amazing 🥰

The room was perfect and beds very comfortable, the shower was fantastic great pressure for washing my long hair , good size bathroom, hotel is fabulous and excellent staff are great the pool staff went out of their way to help you opening umbrella and filling your glasses with extra ice so professional. Food is amazing and value for money .stop looking you have found the best hotel in the heart of kusadasi . 10 out of 10

This is a lovely old-villa style hotel just a few steps away from the old bazaar area in Kusadasi. It offers a central location with the tranquility of a private courtyard, pool, and other outdoor spaces. Our room was spacious and well outfitted, and the staff were wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the daily tea and snacks at 5pm, which gave us the opportunity to engage with other guests staying at the property.

It's a wonderful hotel. New. They're getting ready for the season. Location right on the beach. There is no one around. Quiet. Easy to get by car, parking lot. Very large and comfortable room. Breakfast on the terrace is excellent, cooked for each guest. We made sandwiches for the road. Really enjoyed it. Not far away there is a great restaurant right on the beach
