The stay here was surprisingly the best week we had in Thailand and that was thanks to the wonderful local hospitality. The owner took us for a day on his fishing boat and we took a trip around the island and to beautiful bays nearby, he brought us food that his wife had prepared for us and it was delicious and wonderful. He also took us to see the sunset on the boat. He took care of every little thing and helped us get to wonderful spots on the island.

It was great to have a whole house all to ourselves. The property was very clean and cozy. The aircon worked really well in the bedroom and the shower was hot. Good internet and amenities. Felt like a home away from home.

Amazing owner and the place is clean with amazing view. Highly suggest to rent the scooter from the owner and go to most amazing beaches at other side of the island. You will need to go through some dirt road to reach them, so don’t go on rainy days

The location was amazing. You have the beach in front of the bungalow. You will be at the beach in 1 minute. I also loved the AC, was a very functional, modern AC and this is such a blessing when outside is like 40 degrees Celsius. The bed was very comfy too and the 2 terraces were amazing, one to admire the sea and one to admire the small jungle forest behind the bungalow. It was a great accommodation for what we needed.

The views from the villa are amazing! Villa has been perfectly decorated and has large living room and nice balcony. Perfect place to relax. Pool is great to chill by during the day and had a great breakfast and the best Thai food down at the little restaurant on the water. Staff were super friendly! Definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Very nice hotel with 9 suites, quiet and perfect for resting. Nice staff, good atmosphere, very nice pool and beautiful view. On the west coast of the island, far from touristic area and around 15 minutes from the city. Highly recommend for people that want to have a peaceful stay and rest away from the urbanization.

We were greeted with big smiles, waving hands, and a cheerful “Sawadee Kah!” echoing across the grounds – the kind of welcome that instantly makes you feel like family. The auntie and uncle running the place are two of the warmest, kindest, and most genuinely caring people we met on our trip – always there if you need them, but never intrusive. The kind of hosts you just carry in your heart after you leave. Our deluxe room had everything we needed for the perfect island stay: a comfy bed, cold air conditioning, spotless cleanliness, and a hammock waiting outside for lazy afternoons. The grounds are beautifully kept, the beach is just steps away, and you can rent scooters or kayaks for your own little adventures. Best of all, it’s far from the overpriced, overly polished resorts – this is simple, authentic island living done right. We’ll never forget our days here at Koh Yao Beach Front – peaceful mornings, warm sunsets, and the feeling of being exactly where we were meant to be.
