The following made our stay very uncomfortable
The following made our stay very uncomfortable 1- Even after the reminder of the late check out, the manager came to the door, took me out and ask me to leave. Her name was Tuva and very unpolite. She did say that I will call the security you don't leave. When I said I will also call the police than she mellow down and agreed our check out at 2:30pm. Never i have faced this situation in Europe or any where elese 2- The beds are uncomfortable. The matters slips out of the bed. 3- The AC wasn't working 4- The temperature of the room was very uncomfortable 5- No phones in the room to communicate with the hotel staffGuest review byYusufUnited Arab Emirates - 4.0
Only the price and the fact I had my own bathroom were good.
Only the price and the fact I had my own bathroom were good. For the rest: old facilities, dirty carpets in the corridors, old and useless furniture which made the room look very small, a bath tub form a film of the 1950s (to be generous) which leaked water everywhere. I give 5 stars to this hotel. This is an amazing hotel! So romantic! I loved it! The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was amazing.
