The staff was incredibly friendly!!!!! Special thanks to Maqsood Alam for the friendly and good restaurant service together with another person who we don’t know the name from (also with glasses) in the restaurant. And also amazing chef Hicham. Also special thanks to Muhammad Raheem who made us delicious drinks and cared so much about us and our son Overall all staff were AMAZING cleaning staff also thank you all for perfect service!! Receptionists were kind and helpful. Room was big and clean. There is a “mall” inside the hotel where you can find souvenirs and other things for a good price. Free bus shuttle from hotel to haram and viceversa, the bus departs every 10 - 15 minutes // 24-7. Just fantastic! I really enjoyed my stay there.
