Every single detail exceeded my expectations. All the staff is kind, super accommodating and speaks English. The facilities are excellent! You dont even realise you are in a campervan, as it is spotlessly clean and the interior and exterior design are impeccable. The location is everything! I have NOTHING bad to say about this place. Just book it! Thank you Habitas for the amazing hospitality!

Hospitality of the staff! The concern of all the staff to make our stay comfortable was excellent. In particular, when we had a problem with the Uber we had booked after check-out not showing up, they called him and made all sorts of arrangements. We were able to catch the bus safely. I regret that I did not ask his name. I was very impressed with everyone's hospitality. The hotel itself was like a movie set and made for a wonderful stay.

‏Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! We celebrated our wedding anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable. The hotel surprised us with a villa upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The service was beyond excellent—everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. if have a car, don't think twice about staying here. yes it is on outskirts of town but the apartments here are infinitely superior to most of the dumpy acccomodations in alUla and for a much better price. wish i stayed here the whole time. the units are huge, spotless and everything is extremely well built and functions perfectly (wifi, aircon etc)

It was A M A Z I N G! The house is awesome, huge and luxurious. A drive from Jeddah to Al-Ula via Yanbu was excellent. Although was confused of the Speed Limits as many were not following it, | The landscape along the drive was phenominal. Al-Ula as a city was enjoyable with friends and family although it is recommended to visit the city during winters rather than during the summers. Hotels might be expensive so plan & book atleast 2 - 3 months in advance. UNSECO Sites were well maintained, explained and well within the traveling distance. Easy to access and the staff at the visitor centers were friendly and helpfule. They were patiently answering all my queries. Some of the restaurants mentioned on Al-Ula website are a must try although they might be expensive. The ambience and staff performance was excellent. Food was tasty and mouth watering.

. All was great there was not much activities to do rather than just a lot of sightseeing. I think it’s because we went in the off-season. There would be much more activities and fun stuff to do when you go in the season that starts in late October early December.

The ambience of this city is unique.

The ambience of this city is unique. You probably haven't seen anything like it. Neat, quiet, clean city surrounded by rocky mountains. Lots of historical places to visit - elephant rock, old town, moraya, Hegra, all amazing, picturesque places, like from a storybook. I travelled for a marathon and the route was breath-taking.

AlUla is truly a remarkable destination. I fell in love with its breathtaking natural beauty and the warmth of its people. Good, highly controlled and monitored, will slowly become less natural and more commercial, like Bali, it will become a tourist trap and locals will hate it. Right now it is good, but give it a few more years.

AlUla is one of the most beautiful places l have ever...

AlUla is one of the most beautiful places l have ever visited. I did stargazing in the desert, Hegra tour, Maraya tour and visited the Elephant rock. The old town of AlUla is also stunning, especially in the evening. Pretty much everything in AlUla is just magical.

The host is very helpful. The suite was clean. We booked a three bedroom because it was the only suite available. All bedrooms had a king size bed so good for more people however, only one bathroom. The shower was tiny and not good water pressure. You will need a car for the area. It is easy enough to find the major tour attractions from this accommodation. Overall we loved Al Ula.

We like the area of Al Ula so much and we was so supprised we found for last moment this resort. We did reservation with Booking.com and we arrive really late,after permission from call it is possible. We stay one night with two very small children and we got only King room, but was tottaly enough. Even breakfest was only for adults, but children was eating too. We will come again🩷🤩

The location outside of the main settlement of Al Ula is ok if you have a car (otherwise not). It's a normal neighbourhood with a very tasty and friendly Afghan restaurant nearby. When a part of the shower broke during our stay, we were really surprised that Fauzi immediately brought an actual (new) spare part and fixed it!

Hotel host Nadim was fantastic - his service is far above and beyond any expectations. His help with organising tours and transfer was superb, but mostly I enjoyed his kind and gentle character - he really loves to give service to make people happy. He made my visit to Al Ula unique, and I would love to come back.
