Really good services available within the hotel. A few times, the receptions was told about some issues to be addressed and they resolved as quickly as possible. Also the cleanliness of the hotel was amazing, couldn’t actually fault the hotel. The staff at reception also allowed us to check in earlier than we were supposed to after long travels it felt good to be able to rest. Room 426 & 430! Fresh flowers on entrance are uplifting. The smell around the hotel was also amazing, out of this world. Location is also great, central and a few steps away from food courts with variety of foods to enjoy.

The hotel is located near the Masjid Nabawi. The stuff were really good. They kept asking us if needed any help especially rahab and mahamar. Though we stayed only one night it was unforgettable.

Everything ... The services , great location and view just across the way from masjid Al nabawi and the closest hotel to Ladies Gate "25" ... Staff were very welcoming as well . Check in was managed by Ms Raghda who was very lovely and helpful , she upgraded our rooms to Haram view just as a kind gesture from the hotel ... Food in the breakfast buffet was excellent as well . They send dates and a big bowl of fruits every day just before iftar time in Ramadan ...

Everything. Location was great and highly affordable and the best were the brand new rooms so comfortable and clean . House keeping service was amazing we had very good cleaners for room 506 and 606 . Our cleaners were room 606: Aminul S Rakib and room 506:Aminul Srizon . Both were very friendly , very helpful and very accommodating and always greeting with a smile . Very great service in the whole . We will definitely recommend and be back soon .

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with excellent service from start to finish. The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met.     Just wanted to add, if possible, to fix the location on booking.com. when I shared the location with the driver through booking.com it took us to another location and had to search again in google. and to also, if possible, to fix the name of the hotel in English. it's not matching the Arabic which was the reason of the confusion in the location. Thank you.

    Don’t trust the hotel ratings, must be done by friends of the owner, I would not recommend it, pillows and sheets stinks, restrooms are definitely in need for upgrades, no floor towel, no body towels, leak from the restroom above, ceiling tiles almost falling. Sorry, this facility doesn’t meet minimal expectations for the cost of the rooms.
