Everything was amazing, from check in to check out. The apartment is located in a gorgeous area, close to the woods, but still near a supermarket and the attractions of the city. The area is very quiet and we enjoyed getting a good night's sleep, without the noises of a big city! Congrats to the hosts!     Zalau is a small but charming town, its surrounding areas...

    Zalau is a small but charming town, its surrounding areas being absolutely amazing landscapes. We had a tour of the churches, very spiritual and beautifully decorated. The locally grown food is excellent, as the locally distilled plum brandy, which is no. 1 in the country. It's also close to the city of Cluj, just 2 hours drive, so this could be made into a tandem visit.

    The hotel has exceptional finishings and furniture, amazing details and accuracy of the works, humongous rooms and bathrooms, never seen anything comparable. It was truly a lovely experience, the parking is also very generous, the breakfast was done to perfection, on all our requests.
