I liked everything in the hotel. The friendly level and the provisionally which was followed up and watched by the manager Mr. Ahmed Saeed and that what I saw with my eyes. There was a problem in bathroom (which was slowed later) but what I really liked how it was followed up and solved by Mr. Ahmed Saeed when he check the problem, recognised it, put the alternative solutions and carry it out all in 15 mnts only. Luxury on another level! This place is phenomenal! Absolutely loved everything about this place! The lady at the desk Rose was an absolute gem! Literally cannot fault this place. The concierge Jean Pierre also went out of his way to assist me with so many things.
