- location (directly on top of good shopping) - staff - upmarket feel - great shower - great room - pillows - HUGE bed w was super comfortable - breakfast was EPIC! - bottles of filtered water everyday - fantastic AC w own controls - i noticed they use quality brands in the room fitout (Samsung Tv, Kohler shower)

Excellent location, near to airport. Room was small but beds were very comfortable. Hot water and internet worked good. Breakfast at hotel restaurant was efficient. All you need for a layover or early/late departure/arrival. We will be staying again at the end of our trip.

We stayed for 3weeks and we had a wonderful time. Though the hotel was bit old in a sense that it’s been too long in business. The hotel was clean and well maintained from the rooms, lobby bar and pool. The property had given attention to all areas of the hotel including the garden outside may not be not significant to others but salute to the management how every morning someone is always cleaning the garden and taking care of the plants. The food and breakfast options were excellent. Above all these the staff really made a difference in our stay. From the security, housekeeping, waitresses in the lobby and waiters in the restaurant who always greet us with a smile. Joe in the restaurant always remember how we want our coffee made, and how they remember our names made us felt like home.

Staff were wonderfull - attentive, polite and helpfull. They arranged a transportation to whale shark watching point. There is a restaurant on site - they serve good breakfast and have variety of dishes to choose. We loved the location, beautiful views of the sea, quite big swimming pool. We hope to come back again soon :)
