The very convenient location and the fact that the mall is just connected to the hotel. The Misto restaurant was also good for our daily breakfast buffet. Lastly, we got the best view from our 16th floor room.

We loved everything - the room was nicely furnished and spotlessly clean, breakfast was nice with a selection of Filipino and international options, the restaurant Brixie served tasty dishes throughout the day and the staff were very helpful and always willing to offer service with a smile. Great job everyone!

The staff was kind and accommodating. We arrived early due to a flight and were given a free early check-in at 8:00 AM. The breakfast was good, and the hotel also offers a pool and a gym. The room is designed in a practical and comfortable way, with good Wi-Fi and an easy connection from the phone to the TV.

Amazing service, immaculately appointed rooms and facilities, attentive but not overbearing staff, perhaps the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Great art photography in room and around the hotel. Excellent huge gym well beyond ANY hotel gym I've been to in this price range. Strong wifi everywhere. Sauna which looked like a proper Finnish sauna, though didn't try. Big pool area. Nice looking spa, but didn't go. Everywhere was very clean. Big casino downstairs and a high-end shopping mall in the same complex with tons of excellent restaurants - I recommend Yeon Hwa for Korean barbecue where you don't have to cook yourself unless you insist - and a very cozy cinema with excellent seating. All major high fashion brands, though disappointingly poor watch selection. SM Seaview mall within 10-minute ride for more shopping, restaurants and cinema. You can pretty much spend a few days at or near the hotel and have everything you need.

I had a pleasant experience at Belmont Hotel Mactan during my recent trip to Cebu. Its proximity to the airport is a major convenience, being just 8km away and easily accessible by a short taxi ride costing around 200 PHP. Despite an early morning arrival due to a delayed flight (and a subsequent late check-in), the staff at Belmont Hotel were incredibly accommodating. They not only allowed me to check into my room upon arrival but also kindly extended my stay until 1pm. This flexibility was greatly appreciated, as it gave me enough time to rest and freshen up after my journey. The room itself was a highlight - clean, spacious, and well-maintained, it provided a comfortable retreat. Overall, Belmont Hotel Mactan is an excellent choice for travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and exceptional service in Cebu.

We loved that we finally had a real hotel room after such a long while! Everything was so comfortable! It's near to the Ayala mall which was a bonus! 7-Eleven is also next to the lobby. We also could leave our luggages stored as we travelled to another island with just our backpacks, be aware this option is only possible if you have a future booking.

The property is so close to everything,there is even a 7/11 downstairs,the staff are welcoming and accomodating,booked for the wrong dates but they manage to cancel the wrong booking even its a non refundable booking,bed was so comfortable.
