It’s very unique and totally worth it. Rooms are small but space is enough and sleep is peaceful and comfortable. Their coffee is nothing short of amazing and that comes from someone who comes from Europe and tried lot’s of pro Baristas coffee in various countries. Evenings are beautiful here, you can hang out on abandoned buildings nearby which is cool. Totally worthy experience.

Actually a great hotel ! I do not understand why this has only 7,9 score. It is very spacious, wonderful Oman interior and great food. Nice rooms connecting to the great pool and very quiet. Yes, it is a bit remote from Nizwa, but I suppose people have rental cars, which makes it super as a basis for the surrounding visits of towns and sightseeings. Really, this is worth a 10 in my opinion. So do not hesitate and book this hotel. Much better than all what is to offer in Nizwa itself ! You won't regret it.
