For a budget hotel, we had more than we expected.Very comfortable bed, mini fridge, coffee and tea facilities with powder milk, bathroom with everything you need, didn't need to bring anything except toothpaste and toothbrush. Very friendly staff and beautiful old hotel atmosphere.

Beechwood Boutique Accommodation are fabulous to holiday with. Everything is perfect, clean and comfortable and they have a laundry for your use as well. The hosts are so considerate and welcoming. It is close to the Botanical Gardens and Bird Aviary which are a must see when you visit Dunedin, especially in October/November for full on flowers. The city shops are in walking distance approximately 10 minute easy walk or bus stop close by. Thankyou kindly for making my holiday so pleasant, I enjoyed it thoroughly.

What an amazing place! It was amazing staying in the stables. Usually I only go with a private bathroom, but this experience was worth the shared bathroom. Great room with nice heating. Staff were super friendly and the dinner in the castle was fantastic!!

We needed a place for two weeks that was close to Otago University. Sahara studios was perfect. Clean, comfortable, homely, cooking facilities, close to the main town and the university and Julie and Mike and Mel were super nice. We have found our regular spot to stay in Dunedin.
