the owners are a super friendly, helpful, generous couple. the lady is the best cook in the country!! we had breakfast + traditional malagasy dinner with them and the food was delicious!!! the room is spacious, clean, comfortable & the bathroom is big, clean.. the place is so beautifully decorated that makes you feel like home. the surrounding area is a magical garden with lots of trees + flowers. the also have facilities: pool, bbq, massage, basketball + football + volleyball court. and probably I forgot more too!! the place is in a super safe neighborhood and there is a “security” man next to the gate that closes all the time to make you feel more safe. you can also park your car inside so its safe too. we liked it sooo much that we stayed an extra night!! in general: this is the best place in madagascar!!

First and foremost the staff was so very friendly, warm, and helpful! The building is very nice and seems to be an old mansion. Has a good terrace to enjoy the view, a restaurant with all you can wish for and they even helped us out with astonishing vegetarian food. The taste of everything was really fantastic! Everyone was so super friendly. Aiky, the nice lady from reception speaks English very well and helped us so so much. Apart from being all welcoming she also found us the best private driver you can wish for!

Tana Palm is home away from home. Dany is the best host I have ever experienced! Tana Palm location is perfect in Antananarivo. Within walking distance (for those of us that love walking 😁) to the bank, shops and general feel of the locality. Easy to get taxis to tourists attractions like the Queen's Palace. The kitchen is well equipped, the TV loaded with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime (I struggled with staying in or going out 😁), the bed is comfy too. Dany is a super host. He helped with taxi bookings, getting me to the shop and bank, and was always helpful with local and tourist information. He made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you, Dany!
