Although this is one of the most aesthetically beautiful and peaceful properties imaginable, hidden amongst lush olive groves with incredible valley and mountain views, it’s really the staff (mostly from the local Berber villages) who make it exceptional. My best mate and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Atlas Luxury Garden for three unforgettable days, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way – genuinely warm, attentive, and always one step ahead of our needs. The place itself is pure paradise. Beautifully designed, peaceful, and immaculately kept – the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Every corner feels thoughtfully curated, from the stunning garden spaces to the relaxing lounging areas. What truly sets this place apart though, is the service. We’ve both travelled a lot, but never experienced hospitality like this. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whether it was help with transport, recommendations, or just a friendly chat, the team were always there with a smile and genuine care. If you’re considering staying here – do it. This was hands-down one of the best travel experiences we’ve had, and we’re already talking about coming back. Thank you Atlas Luxury Garden for giving us such an incredible time!

The comfy family house . The place was tidy and well-maintained. The owners are clearly dedicated to keeping it that way. The garden and surrounding areas were swept several times a day to remove leaves and debris. Located in a peaceful area by the lake, the setting is calm and relaxing. However, swimming in the lake is not allowed, as it becomes deep right off the shore. During our stay, a swimming pool was under construction in the garden, which will be a great bonus once completed. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. Our stay included breakfast, and the portions were generous enough to feed our whole family. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the same can be said for the people in the village. Our basic accommodation consisted of two rooms, a bathroom with a shower, a fireplace, and air conditioning. There is no wardrobe or kitchen. We also enjoyed views of the lake and the on-site restaurant.

Amazing views, lots of short hikes starting from the lodge, Bader and Abdel were amazing hosts, very friendly and helpful. Always checked on us to make sure we had everything that we needed. The meatball tagine was one of the best we have had in Morocco. Wifi was great, rooms were very clean. Abdel was very informative and even helped us out with finding a guide for Toubkal mountain. Would definitely recommend as a peaceful escape from busier areas. We are staying in Morocco for one month and may return here for another tranquil evening.

We are 2 days into our 3 day stay. What an amazing place it is. Immaculately clean and wonderful, friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. The food is out of this world and the property itself is huge and beautifully kept. We hope to be back sooner rather than later. Atlas Smile mountain retreat would surely be one of the greatest artists of all time.Do try the cookery classes with a tour of the vegetable and herb garden. A special place.peaceful gardens, luxurious accommodations and attentive service. This is a place to relax but also to get to know the Berber culture.

Nestled close to the lake and surrounded by breathtaking mountains, this auberge is the perfect getaway for nature lovers. We enjoyed several scenic hiking trips, with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. What truly made the stay special was the exceptional hospitality of Miss Khadija. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, offering personalized attention and warmth that made us feel right at home. Her kindness and care were the highlights of our visit. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat near the souks and surrounded by nature, I highly recommend Auberge les Sapins. We can't wait to return!

    Has the potential to be a really lovely hotel as grounds are lovely. Rooms are extremely basic and clean - though there was quite a few flies in mine sadly. But without them it would have been a clean basic room. Has the potential to be much more with a little few touches to the room. And some improvement to breakfast and food menu. Staff were super lovely and friendly and pool was great.

    Very warm welcome by the host and beautiful location. We stayed there during the winter so it was quite cold. The strongest asset of the Ecolodge is the heated dining room. It's cozy, beautifully decorated, warm and they serve some of the best food we've had in Morocco (and for reasonable prices!). Great place also to meet other travellers. Would definitely return.

    The staff were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They helped organise a local guide for trekking, who was also excellent and good value. They were also very helpful when we were struggling with transport when leaving Ouirgane. The food was delicious - the vegetable tagines were the best we had anywhere in Morocco.

    Warm welcome, laid back atmosphere, lovely location in the foothills. They organised a 2 hour nature walk for us and a transfer back to Marrakech in a better minivan than the one we had hired the day before. The hotel dogs were friendly.
