The apartment in itself was quite ok if for the basic...
The apartment in itself was quite ok if for the basic amenities. But the customer support, in times of trouble and the lack thereof made my stay at Sanem, a bad experience. Instead of having a relaxing evening after a long day at work, I was hunting for parking spaces and getting yelled at by annoyed neighbours who neither spoke English nor German. If there were no issues and no interaction with customer care, this place might perhaps be a good stay.Guest review byAJGermany
