Staff was friendly and helpful, room is well appointed, clean and comfortable. It is located between the old town and newer side of the city so everything is walking distance. For the price and services it is better than a guest house and cheaper than similar hotels nearby.

We're visiting Kaunas 1-2 times a year. Tried Victoria Hotel after trying a few additional Hotels in the city. Since then staying only at Victoria Hotel. Great Location, Good Parking, Great Staff. I think I'm seeing some additional improvements each time we coming back to the Victoria Hotel.

Large room and Bathroom, good WiFi excelente mattress quality, location, very clean room. The receptionist very polite, helpful, speaks English… She’s adorable I had an excelente time in this place. The owner was very helpful from the start, I contacted him via WhatsApp number to see if I could check-in to leave my luggage and go explore the city. He replied within minutes and gave me the necessary details after confirming my identity. He makes time to do conversation with all guests where possible. The staff made sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met, apart from cracking some jokes along the way. Of interest is that no single room is the same, so you can come 14 times and all 14 times stay in a differently styled room. I enjoyed the games room at the lower level, which you can use to kill some time during the very hot hours (which was unusual for Lithuania). There is a mini market around the corner which takes cash only payments, and a larger one with ATM and ePOS payment options.

    The photos in the listing are misleading, the building is not the one shown. The listing says it’s a 1-bedroom flat, but it’s actually a STUDIO with no bedroom and only a narrow fold-out sofa. There was only one duvet, even though it’s advertised for two people. My child had to sleep with just a duvet cover. The host said she had no extra duvet, the host’s comment was: "Well, it's hot, you can sleep with just a cover… The towels were full of lint and couldn’t be used after showering, they left fluff everywhere. When I mentioned the ad was incorrect, the host replied: “Did you even read it?” She was arrogant.
