Everything! I am a fussy person and stay in the best places .. this is up there with them all.. I’ve never felt so special … the staff were fantastic! The food amazing and the views OMG .. The hosts looked after us very well; so much so that the place felt like home away from home. The facilities were very good and clean. The start of the trek for Adam Peak is about 2km from the hotel, but we got a lift from the host at midnight and it only cost us 500 rupees. So location was not an issue and was relatively quiet compared to the town. After climbing Adam peak the host took us on a private tour of surrounding waterfalls. It was one of the nicest treks we did in Sri Lanka. Finally, the food was so delicious. The best rice and vegetarian curry in Sri Lanka. I highly recommend this place :)

Location was great, very close to start of walk. Very comfortable and clean. Our host was very flexible with breakfast and served after we climbed Ed. Very helpful ith local knowledge of peak and weather. A great stay. Breakfast was awesome.

Had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Loved the city view from the window. Staff were friendly and helpful. A fantastic experience. Would definitely stay again!

We spent two fantastic days with Dhammika and his beautiful family who made us feel so welcome. Nestled among the sprawling tea plantations on the edge of the reservoir, the villa was simple but very comfortable, with a lovely view of the rolling green hills. Throughout our stay, Dhammika was a massive help, even driving us to the foot of Adam’s Peak in his tuk tuk at 1:30am and then showing us the various waterfalls and tea factories. He was a fount of local knowledge, and the breakfasts and dinners prepared by his wife and mother-in-law were delicious! Thank you, Dhammika!
