Mystay is a lovely rustic place set among trees and birdsongs. The room is quaint. There is a sitting room, a bedroom and a shower room with back-to-nature theme. 😍. All rooms are nicely decorated. There is a wall fan if one feels hot. At this time of the year, the temperature at night was nice and cool. 😊 There’s a hot shower which is a nice touch. There is an open treehouse dining area which is nice. 😍 The host, Prashan, was attentive to the guests. He showed me to Boella waterfall which is a Very nice waterfall with several swimming spots. 😍 As it is only a 1 night stay, I could not see the other attractions in Mawanella. I shall be back to see the other attractions. I had lunch and breakfast at Mystay and they were delicious.

Probably the best place I’ve experienced in Sri Lanka . Modern and yet with a traditional feel like no other. It’s wooden structure and design was such that it was a joy to behold ,enhanced by the gracious host for which nothing was too much trouble.

This is a pretty new property located in a privileged area with an incredible view. The rooms are super beautiful as you can see in the pictures. We found it a perfect place to spend the night after visiting the Elephant Freedom Project which is few minutes away. They also have an infinity pool with a great view on the terrace where you can also enjoy breakfast in the morning if weather allows. They also provide dinner/lunch and the menu has a big variety of different kinds of food for a very fair price. We tasted it and it was amazing. The manager was very attentive of our needs and did everything possible to make our stay perfect.

What an amazing place! Everything was superb. From the incredible staff who anticipated my every need, to the delicious food and the variety of activities in the area. I was truly surprised by how wonderful the place was. The property is not only perfect for those who appreciate comfort, but also for those looking to explore the nearby cultural sights. The team at the house went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable! The attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our experience exceptional. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay, and I sincerely hope I can return as soon as possible! Super clean, spacious room! The value for money is amazing here. Really close to the elephant freedom project which we visited! Staff were so friendly and helpful! I would reccomend staying here in your visiting Pinnalanda.

    The town is just a town with shops, supermarket etc. For food, my tour guide Prashan brought me to Upcountry Restaurant which is a nice place with a beautiful scenery. :) Go for the attractions like Bible Rock, Saradiel Hill etc. They are nice.
