The booking com charge and phone call booking charge very big deference, in a room lotof mosquitoes, atlases no water glass in a room, very poor staff its not a hotel actually its banquet hall, why booking com recommend this kind of place?.

Me and my sister loved everything about our stay at De Saram. Anthony and Tharak were very kind and sweet and made our stay feel like home. The breakfast prepared by them every morning was exceptional and magical! Anthony also gave us a tour of the entire property which we really appreciated. It's such a beautiful home and we are so happy we could stay there for a few days.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. Its location is perfect – easy access to town and everything you need within reach. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made my stay special. I'm honored to be the very first customer in this amazing room. very very clean, unlike many other SL hotels, absolutely recommended if you are arriving in the counry and wand a calm cozy place to get over jetlag, but still be in the center. Rooftom teracce and always available hot water is perfect!

The staff were incredible during our stay for NYE. They did everything to make our stay really comfortable and they we really helpful with supporting our requests to take part in their activities. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The beds are soft and very large. We were impressed with all of the smaller touches in the room too. We would definitely stay again. They were really lovely when they found out our flight had been cancelled and tried to make sure we were comfortable when we had to book a second night. Great tuk tuk tour in their electric vehicle too!

Loved how beautiful the place is. Staff is friendly and understanding. We asked for a different room and they had one ready for us. It took a while for them to get it ready as the previous customers were still occupying the room. Loved that we were handed over a 10% discount card to shop at their Paradise road stores.

    Very convenient location, Few minutes walk to main city, Well secured & Peaceful atmosphere, house is clean & spacious, super amenities, High roof was beautiful,I loved the terrace in the evening time, Since two people, we had enough & more space, 5 people can comfortably accomodate here. Over all its a great place to stay.
