The location is very close to the National Park. It is only about 8 minutes by Tuk-Tuk which they kindly organised for both our safaris. Leopard Inn arranged our tour of Wilpattu National Park at a reasonable price and our onward transport. Prathap could not have been more attentive even giving us cushions for our comfort on our safari. Everything was clean, comfortable and worked as it should. The accommodations that we chose were self contained cabins beside a river. Opposite there is some building work at the moment but it did not disturb our peace. We had a take away breakfast which was adequate. The pools are tiny plunge pools and very refreshing after a day's safari

Amazing place to stay as like us you looking to back to the origine where nature and clean environment is the main attraction. The small luxury hotel is extremely well organized and the bungalows distributed on the property in beautifull way with gardens, trees and front lake! We booked a bungalow with pool and it was amazing, super large, comfortable bed, living room, bathroom extra size!!! The Staff was amazing from Marc that received us and take care all the time, Gaya, Jewewan and Chef Swadth just to mentions the more closer to us in these days but all were super kind. We had a fantastic dinner for San Valentine that will remain in our memories forever. They arrange for us the visit to the Park and follow us there. All was over any best expectations and is HIGLY reccomended place to go to have unforgettable moments!!

An absolutely breathtaking hideout in the jungles of Wilpattu, supposed to Sri Lanka's largest wid life park. Delicious meals & very friendly atmosphere with staff lead by energetic Kumari a lady. We were greeted by the site of Elephants on the drive way to the resort. The entrance to the park is very nearby & the tracker Aslam made every endeavor t get proper sightings of animals which included two leopards. A must visit holiday resort to all tourists visiting Sri Lanka. Thank you Kumari & Rohitha.

Stay was excellent and the staff was very nice from the start of my visit, the room / location was exceptional as its was so close to the Wilpattu national park. During meals we had many options to choose from and the meals were prepared with good quality ingredients as i felt the freshness and difference in the dishes. There was also ample parking available which was great.!!! :) Free Wifi :) :) :)

Wonderful cabins in the forest very quiet and relaxing cool swim in the river. The staff were very kind and helpful when I had a migraine. They made the food more spicy for my husband. The owner is very helpful and interesting to talk too, they have done a great job of keeping the place part of the jungle. They organised a safari for us which was really nice we didn't see too many other jeeps and even managed to see a leopard.

Our stay at Wild Wadi Wilpattu was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and incredible service. We had the opportunity to embark on two incredible safaris with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. The wildlife safari was absolutely breathtaking—we were lucky enough to spot leopards, elephants, crocodiles, and so much more in their natural habitat. The boat trip through the mangroves and lagoon was equally magical, offering stunning views and an up-close encounter with Sri Lanka’s diverse ecosystem. The food was simply outstanding—authentic Sri Lankan cuisine at its finest! Both breakfast and dinner were full of flavour, freshly prepared, and truly showcased the best of local dishes. The accommodation was comfortable, well-equipped, and immersed in nature. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle, surrounded by monkeys and wildlife, was an unforgettable experience. It felt like a true escape into the heart of Sri Lanka’s wilderness. What truly made our stay so special was the wonderful staff and the incredibly kind owner, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. Their passion for hospitality and wildlife made us feel right at home. And last but not least—the absolute star of our stay was Duan, the owner’s young puppy. He is, without a doubt, the most adorable and charming little dog we’ve ever met! Wilpattu Nature Resort is the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature. The location is stunning—right by the river, surrounded by greenery, and just a short drive from Wilpattu National Park. The rooms were cozy and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What made this trip special were the activities! We went kayaking, enjoyed a boat safari, and even explored a private island with a camping site. The team arranged everything smoothly, and the local food served was both tasty and fresh. Whether you're looking to relax by the water, go on a wildlife adventure, or enjoy a peaceful campfire under the stars, this resort has it all. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone who loves the outdoors!

Breakfast was incredible, Ruwan was so kind and provided everything we needed. He knew everything about the activities and is a devoted kite surfer.
