This boutique hotel has an amazing history, it used to be a private residence 100 years ago. Most of the flooring tiles are original, the place has been beautifully restored, the rooms are incredible and very cozy, their beds are comfortable. I don't want to give away the story behind the beauty of this building but do stay there and ask them for a little tour around. It's absolutely fantastic.

Rosyth Estate is a wonderful little hotel in the middle of nowhere. The team was extremely welcoming and did go above and beyond, even though we only stayed there for one night. Special kudos to the best chicken curry we had ever!

Staff was extremely helpfull especially the ladies who was working on the reception. We were really thankful for her. There was a misunderstanding about our room but she fixed it easily 😊 Bed was very comfortable You see elephants in your balcony , location is in heart of pinnawala We took our dinners in hotels restaurant, it was enough and delicious, price is not high

Amazing location on the street where elephants traverse to bathe and you have access to this property from a side street even when the main street is closed till 4pm. Staff was pleasant and uograded me to a private room when the dorms were overbooked. Great views for evening bat migration very pleasant stay overall.

The room was quite spacious, very clean and well equiped. Also the bathroom looks pretty new. You can enjoy some fresh air at the balcony. The location is perfect and just across Elephant Orphenage.

So amazing hotel with great locacion and really beautifull view. If you want to see elephants it is the best place. The river is also amazing. Nice pool and tasty breakfast.
