Everything. A perfect stay from start to finish — Shilla Stay Plus was everything we hoped for and more. I stayed here with my boyfriend, and from the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness, respect, and genuine warmth. The staff didn’t just greet us — they made us feel welcomed. No awkwardness, no judgment, just real hospitality that made us both instantly comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and cozy in a way that made us want to stay in and just enjoy each other’s company. But the best part? The swimming pool. It felt like our own little oasis — peaceful, clean, and the perfect way to unwind together after a long day. We didn’t feel rushed or watched, just relaxed. The food was incredible. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made, whether we were having a full meal or just grabbing something light. Sharing that experience with my boyfriend — laughing over breakfast, relaxing with coffee — made it even more special. We loved our stay here. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, but the hotel gave us a voucher which we used on room service. The food was lovely and portion sizes were huge! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking was good. The room itself was larger than we expected and had everything we needed - there was a balcony that surrounded the whole apartment with views of the city and nearby horses - which would have been lovely to sit out on if it was warmer. Wifi was good. Location was good - we were close to the mountain road and Jeju City. Took about half an hour to drive back to the airport on our last day.

This place was really comfortable, and even bigger than expected. The location is also great: it's a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and taxis are easy to get with the Kakao Taxi app. The area is very calm, surrounded by fields and a couple of other resorts. There's a GS25 right down the street. The room was clean and super comfortable. We had a balcony with a sea view, and you can actually see the sunrise from the balcony. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The staff were very friendly and helped me at all times. The location is very good, in terms of distance away from the airport, but there is also a bus stop opposite the hotel - easily accessible. There are many nice restaurants around, not to mention the ocean view.

The room was so spacious, clean, and well equipped with all the necessities. There is plenty space for parking and they offer simple but nutrient breakfast options. I really enjoyed the pool and bath every day. Every single staff was so friendly and helpful. Also, I recommend you try a yacht tour run by the hotel. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectation and great value for money. I will definitely come back.

The situation for the beach was perfect, it's a calm area but plenty of bars and atmosphere. The buses are close too, so you can move around the island. The room was very big and the balcony perfect. They cleaned every day and changed the towels and amenities every day. They gave you free coffee at the entrance and kept your baggage if you have to leave later.
