It was a great and warm welcome. The staff is exceptional friendly and does not let the guests want for anything. The resort is close to the lake and part of the forest. We arrived very late at night, and the guy in the reception explained all our needs - including that he ordered food for us and brought a reading lamp. We spent just two nights in the resort and found cake "MARLENKA" (from Czeck company) in coffee.
