The hotel is pretty much brand new, has been built to a high standard, and is very clean and comfortable. The hosts speak good English and were super helpful. Off road motorbike parking was available by the hotel door under cctv. Superb breakfast!

I had a fantastic stay at Lumi in Bishkek. The room was spotless and modern, and the comfy bed made all the difference after long travel days. This stay was truly magnificent! Spacious rooms, super comfy beds, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. When we had trouble with the delivery of our luggage by Turkish Airlines, they were accomodating and making phonecalls for us when needed. Especially Nestan helped us out when a ‘representative’ of the airline tried make us sign a document, prohibiting us to make a claim against the airline. She was decisive, solution-oriented and stood her ground which was exactly what we needed to get our luggage back without signing something we did not want to agree on.

I don't even know where to start to express how comfortable and pleasant my stay at Garden Hotel was! I have stayed at over 50 hotels in more than 20 countries and I can tell you this hotel knows how to make guests happy and their stay enjoyable. Spacious rooms, great facilities and helpful staff. And the breakfast deserves its own praise. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, and every day there were many new dishes and options (just check out the photos on Google reviews and Booking allows only 4 pictures).

The hotel was very clean and spacious. All amenities were provided and restocked, and staff were friendly and very helpful. I was traveling for work, and the wifi was fast and reliable. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from, with a barista making you your favorite coffee. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations and would stay there again.
