    Its a nice place with a beautiful beach with clear blue water. Water in the apartments are however salty, I assume its because of the beach surrounding the area. Food and activities are expensive around this area.

    Ukunda is a great place to visit with family and also...

    Ukunda is a great place to visit with family and also friends.The best place to watch the sunset on Kongo river and the beach is clean with white sand. We very much enjoyed each morning watching the monkeys jump around in the trees surrounding us Also amazing food at the estuary with very good price and friendly customer service. Overall : A beautiful 👌🏾 , friendly and peaceful place to be.

    Ukunda itself is full of different kind of problems, but if...

    Ukunda itself is full of different kind of problems, but if we specifically talk about Diani, situation is different. Seaview access hotels are in general above average except, Flamboyant, Safari Beach and Seabreeze of which have many issues. Pricing 80$ to 500$ US. Then in Galu beach lies horrible trap places like this ghastly Coconut Village with incompetent teenagers left as managers. The second strip hotels are passable with pricing 35$ to 120$, but usually lack service ability and professional staff. The beach is very beautiful, but people around hotels hustling bring the experience down even bad.

    There are several sites you can visit and enjoy yourself, people are friendly but tend to over charge non residents so your bargaining power should be up there. Eating out might be costly but if you have full wallet then enjoy. Visit again? Well any day.

    Awesome as it has always been when traveling with children...

    Awesome as it has always been when traveling with children it's the best place with less parties than the north. We however visited club Manyatta and Tamarind which served the purpose right. Do not forget to visit Bora Bora park.

    Depending on your accomodation, Ukunda has everything to offer a few minutes walk from your house.Frrom shopping malls to local shops and groceries, High end restaurants and pubs to your quiet locals with pocket friendly local cuisines, the clean beaches and long relaxing evening walks. Ukunda is the place to relax and play.

    The nearness to the Beach. Bed was well made and comfortable and I loved the colours for the pillow and cushions. Owner was flexible and professional and contactable which was great. Fridge to chill our drinks as it was super hot at that time of the year. Several restaurants or eating places around the property was great for us as we did not want to cook in property though it had the facilities to cook.

    The location!😍😍the view is breathtaking and the beach is so cleeeeaaan…this resort is worth every penny ,literally felt like I needed to pay more for the place,the rooms are aesthetic too…and I loved the fact that the owner would go round asking every guest if they were okay ,that was cute of him..the staff are very friendly too and kind,and the resort is near a very famous restaurant in diani!

    I’ve stayed in many beach rentals, but this one stands out. The price was reasonable, but the amenities (free parking, Netflix, fast Wi-Fi) made it a steal. The bed was so comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed.Highly recommend!
