Very clean and homely. A really nice change from a hotel. Beautiful linen and fantastic to have a laundry facility. Good kitchen and comfortable lounge. Great air con and very comfortable beds. From the moment I booked this property the communication with the owner was excellent. It was a real point of difference and made us feel cared for and able to ask for any thing we needed. The room is so much bigger than expected and it was very clean. The Japanese-style breakfast has a good variety of food. In general very good value for money. The location is great, right next to the station.

value for money was excellent because kids are not chargeable. rooms were well designed and cleaned. Amenities were not cheap. Breakfast was various and tasty.
