Very peaceful and beautifully designed. Perfect place to land after flying into Narita airport from the uk. The public baths were really relaxing and always empty when I went in. The traditional Japanese breakfast was exceptional and it was so convenient to get to the temple but also very quiet. It was lovely that they gave us a complementary mini bar full of lovely drinks including sake.

I booked the wrong room (smoking) and the hotel staff tried everything to get me another room although there shouldn‘t have been an available one. but they did it. Very outstanding service.
